focuses on servicing independent supermarkets in the provinces

of Quebec and Ontario, playing a vital role in the

industry’s supply chain.

Managing the inventory of over 2 000 products, we offer deli,

specialty cheese, frozen products and groceries from various

manufacturers in Canada and around the world.

Our Mission

Considered a one-stop shop, our mission is to continuously

optimize our suppliers’ and clients‘ selling and purchasing processes

respectively, while building and maintaining unique relationships

with them along the way.

We make sure to understand their needs, value their feedback,

and as a result, grow due to their endless support.

OUR HISTORY

1988

C.T.S. Food Brokers Inc. is founded in Montreal, Quebec,

acting as a food broker for specialty deli and cheese.

1990

Aiming at expanding the business model by moving away

from food brokering, a 1st 2 000 ft² distribution center opens in

Montreal, Quebec.

2007

Experiencing growth, C.T.S. Food Brokers Inc. moves into a

larger 18 000 ft² distribution center in Montreal.

2010

Atlas Foods, a 2nd distribution center, opens in

Ottawa, Ontario, servicing the Ottawa and Toronto regions.

2012

Distribution Épicerie C.T.S. Inc. is founded in Montreal, Quebec,

while the ILIOS and OROS private labels are created.

C.T.S Group of Companies becomes a one-stop shop for existing

and potential clients due to the diversification of its product offerings.

2016

Experiencing immense growth over the years,

the companies move into a refrigerated, frozen and ambient

50 000 ft² distribution center.

2017

Having become a significant allocation holder

under the CETA Cheese TRQ, C.T.S Food Brokers Inc.

forms exclusive partnerships with multiple

European companies from over 7 different countries.

2018

Recognizing the rise in consumer demand

towards frozen foods, CTS Group of Companies

expands the category by opening a 29 000 ft² frozen

warehouse division.

Today

We are amongst the largest food distributors in Quebec,

servicing over 600 independent stores in Quebec and Ontario.
